MY APPROACH:
My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and affirming. I understand how hard it can be to start therapy, and I hope to provide a safe space for anyone who walks through my door. Therapy is awkward, and that's okay! I hope to be a bridge, helping you work through life transitions and whatever challenges pop up along the way, hopefully with a little humor involved.
ABOUT ME:
I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah, where I'm currently completing my Master of Social Work as well. I use a trauma-informed approach and have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. When I'm not working, you can find me binge-watching reality TV or hanging out with my animals.
SERVICES:
I provide talk therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I value collaboration and believe that therapy looks different for each person, so I tailor my approach to fit what actually works for you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I hope that we can work together to help you find what you're wanting out of therapy.
